Retinue Advisory was founded on a simple conviction: that the calibre of judgement its founders earned over three decades, inside the world's largest institutions, should be available to the businesses and leaders who need it most. Retinue brings that depth directly, without the overhead or the distance of the large firms.
That conviction now runs through two connected practices. Retinue advises on the business and its decisions: strategy, growth, transactions, technology, finance and governance. Elevare develops the people who carry them, their skills, presence and capability. One firm, two ways of helping you rise.

The founders
Retinue is led by its two founders, who between them bring many decades of senior, practicing experience across global consulting and technology, banking and financial services, and people development. Both have led at the highest levels and owned the delivery of the work themselves, and built Retinue so their clients could draw on that depth first-hand.
He spent his career at the front line of global consulting and technology, and banking and financial services, in senior roles at Capgemini, Oracle and Unisys, leading international banking business and large transformation programs for banks including Citibank, HSBC, Barclays and Standard Chartered. He advises on strategy, growth, M&A and large-program execution; an MIT Sloan alumnus, Accredited Corporate Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

A Chartered Accountant, she spent nearly two decades in finance and controls with S.R. Batliboi (Ernst & Young) and Citibank, leading accounting, tax, regulatory reporting and process transformation across geographies. She now leads Elevare, Retinue's people-development practice, building confidence, presence and capability in individuals and teams. She is a Certified FaciliTraining Practitioner (F.O.L.K.S, CPD - UK), Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant (Accredited by SQA & NABET) and an empanelled ICAI trainer and Ex-President of the IMPA Pune Chapter.
