The Tenet (/Principle) we Apply for us to Deliver on our Triad is to
Analyse – Understanding of Objectives and Problems
Advise – Recommend and Suggest a Path / Approach towards addressing those Objectives and Solving those Problems, our Solutions
Associate – Help in your Journey as you Implement our Recommendations and Solutions
Emphasis is to draw upon the Firm’s previous practical knowledge and experiences of having undertaken similar activities in the past and thus provide a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and its challenges, helping identify potential solutions and guide in the successful implementation of those solutions.
The Tenet is similarly applicable, whether approaching an Organisational or Individual Aspiration/Need/Problem.

Analyse
Analysis of any New Objectives and Diagnosis of Problems/Issues are undertaken to get an understanding and identify potential solutions to achieve Positive Outcomes.
The goal of the Analyse function is also to decipher/dissect the current situation to gain a deeper understanding and ascertain:
· Is the Need or Problem/Issue Real?
· The actual Need behind the New Objective?
· What is desired to be achieved and Why?
Further activities during this function would include understanding Data, Processes, Benchmarking, Opportunities, Strengths and Weaknesses, Stakeholders, Financials, Competition, etc.
The approach adopted during the Analyse function could be a combination of Scoping Exercises, Investigation / Study, Interviews, and Evaluation of existing documentation/artefacts/material.


Advise
The goal of the Advise function is to provide practical, actionable and sustainable recommendations that can be implemented to improve organisational or individual outcomes. By combining expertise and experience with the Analyse function’s collated findings, the aim is to deliver recommendations of solutions aligned with specific needs and goals.
Such recommendations/solutions will be provided after consideration of all possible solutions along with any alternate approaches, the requisite justification, and the path ahead.
Advise could be in the space of new/updated Strategies, optimally utilising Best Practices and/or providing the necessary Tutoring to achieve the goals and objectives.
The outcome resulting from the Advise function could include Documents, Plans, Methodologies, Templates, etc. pertaining to Strategy and/or Best Practices in various areas of Business such as Growth, Sales, Finance, Risk, IT etc. along with Training/Coaching/Mentorship Plans if required.
Associate
The goal of the Associate function is to co-participate, where necessary, as the Recommendations/Solutions are followed and implemented by our Clients.
The objective is to Monitor Progress, Quality, Effectiveness and Results, both during and post-implementation, while continuously evaluating any improvements which may be necessary, while also drawing upon previous experiences to avoid pitfalls and ensure success and sustainability.
The approach adopted during the Associate function could be a combination of Periodic Status Review Meetings, Measurement of Results vis-à-vis Milestones, Training/Coaching/Mentoring, and Evaluating Quantitative and Qualitative Outcomes.
A key aspect of the Associate function is to provide the requisite Tutoring at different stages to ensure that the participants are adequately equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to execute the new actions as part of the revised Strategies/Practices.
