Tutoring
Journey of reaching the Apex mandates constantly Adopting New Strategies and Practices, thus requiring continuous Learning and Upgrading by way of Training, Mentorship, Coaching and Counselling.
Training
The Firm’s endeavour is to create the necessary programs/exercises which can facilitate Learning around its recommendations of New Solutions or Best Practices.
Such Guided Learning can be in the areas of (not exhaustive):
· Business and Product Strategy and Plan
· Program and Stakeholder Management
· Sales / GTM Process
· Bid and Proposal Management
· Governance and Leadership
· Innovation
· Auditing / Accounting / Tax
· Fund Raising, etc.
Coaching / Mentorship
In addition, regular and Ad-hoc Coaching/Mentorship can be offered on specific aspects of Organisational and Individual needs. These can be in similar areas as Guided Learning stated above.
There is a lot of professional and personal material which exists on what should be the ideal characteristics or traits which need to be possessed by Mentors / Coaches / Guides. And there are many definitions of the same.
The Firm’s approach towards being a Mentor or a Coach is more by way of being a Friend, or even a Guardian when necessary and always brings about a “soft” perspective and guidance to the individuals and the teams.
Counselling
The Firm’s Founders have been a Friend, Mentor and Guide to different individuals including students and working professionals, by guiding/counselling them with career and life inputs.
These are primarily by way of sharing some “softer insights” and “simple soulful thoughts”, which may assist in being able to think differently and help us come out stronger and better individuals.
In the process share learnings on the objectives of life and its true purpose, for individuals to then create a holistic living environment which is self-fulfilling to them, and to those whom they touch upon in their lives.
So, while there are many writings that get published on specific aspects to help us with our challenges viz. financial, medical, social, etc., there is not enough on some of the more “soulful aspects” of life or sometimes one does just know where to look for the same.
Although these may read and sound obvious, we often tend to forget the simplest, yet more critical aspects of life, especially in a time of crisis!
People often face stresses related to work/profession, medical/health, family welfare, financial and social (isolation) constraints, and anxiety about the future due to uncertainty. Many times, this can lead to isolation and a feeling of ‘relative’ failure.
But one needs to remember that one is not alone, almost everyone is facing it, albeit in different combinations! Painful situations come as an opportunity for us to rise as human beings. By overcoming our pain, we come out of such situations as more evolved personalities.
Having faced various setbacks and then understood life from an alternate perspective, and previously having shared those with the larger community, all the tasks are approached with utmost Sensitivity, Care, and Compassion.
