The Firm believes that Consulting is more than just giving Advise. It is a Journey of reducing Clutter, defining Clarity amidst Confusion, and agreeing on the Purpose, which,

Solutions, and

· Culminates with executing those solutions.

The Firm’s endeavour is to use and share experiential knowledge and skills to approach the Consult journey in a Pragmatic and Realistic, but Effective way by helping,

· Create new/modified Strategies,

· Discovering, adopting, optimising, and utilising Best
Practices, and

· Providing the necessary Tutoring to use the Best Practices for successfully achieving the Strategic Goals and Objectives

Process

Consult Process can include, but is not limited to:

· Understanding Objectives and Needs

· Diagnosis of Issues / Problems

· Sharing Experiential Knowledge

· Making Recommendations

· Definition of Goals

· Building Consensus

· Providing Solutions both to New Objectives and Resolving / Optimising existing Business Processes

· Participate / Assist in Implementation of the Recommendations

· Facilitate Learning

· Monitor Progress for Continuous Effectiveness

The Firm acknowledges that it may not have Solutions or Recommendations to every aspect of an Organisational / Individual / Community Need or Problem but believes that by sharing its experiences through the Firm’s Proposition of Triad, by applying its Principle of Tenet, and Executing its Tasks, it can help its Clients achieve their Goals and Objectives.
