Background
Retinue Advisory is founded by Kavita and Paresh Madani with the specific objective of Collaborative Sharing of Experiential Knowledge and Skills with the larger Ecosystem.
Together they bring 50+ years of Global Business and Industry Pioneering Work Experience in:
Management and IT Consulting, Technology and Program Execution; Auditing and Accounting (US and Indian GAAP) including Tax, Risk and Control, and Process Re-Engineering; Deep Domain Knowledge of Banking & Financial Services; Investment and Mentorship to the Start-up Eco-system; and Advisory, Mentorship, and Coaching to Businesses and Individuals.
Founders
PARESH MADANI
Paresh Madani is the Managing Partner and functions as the Chief Executive Officer of Retinue Advisory. Paresh is also directly responsible and involved in executing work for the Firm’s Clients.
Paresh has previously been associated with Global Consulting Organisations such as Capgemini, Oracle, and Unisys. In the Start-up Ecosystem, Paresh is an Investor and Mentor.
He is an alumnus of the MIT Sloan Management School and Narsee Monjee College, an Accredited Corporate Director, and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He is also a Charter Member of TiE (The INDUS Entrepreneurs).
KAVITA MADANI
Kavita Madani is the Managing Partner and functions as the Chief Financial Officer of Retinue Advisory. Kavita is also directly responsible and involved in executing work for the Firm’s Clients.
Kavita has previously been associated with Global Banking and Consulting Organisations such as S.R. Batliboi & Co. (a member firm of Ernst & Young) and Citibank.
She is a Member of the Indian Chartered Accountants Institute of India and is a Qualified Chartered Account. She is an alumnus of Podar College.
