Paresh Madani has many years of Global Business and Industry Pioneering Work Experience in Management and IT Consulting, Technology, and Program Execution; Deep Domain Knowledge of Banking & Financial Services; Advisory, Mentorship, and Coaching to Businesses, and Individuals; and Investment and Mentorship to the Start-up Eco-system.
Paresh has previously been associated with Global Consulting Organisations such as Capgemini, Oracle, and Unisys. In the Start-up Ecosystem, Paresh is an Investor and Mentor.
He is an alumnus of the MIT Sloan Management School and Narsee Monjee College.
He is an Accredited Corporate Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and possesses a Certification of Proficiency as an Independent Director. He is also a Charter Member of TiE (The INDUS Entrepreneurs).

Paresh Madani was associated with Global Consulting Organisations specialising in providing Innovative Business and Technology Solutions to the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
He served these organisations in different capacities, Capgemini (Vice President and Global Head of Payments), Oracle (Global Head of Payments), and Unisys (Banking Specialist – AEME).
He had the privilege of servicing some of the largest banking organisations across the different regions of the world, which included global financial institutions such as Citibank, Barclays, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, Westpac, Standard Chartered, Oman International Bank, etc.
He possesses Domain experience in the areas of Global Banking and Finance, Transaction and Wholesale Banking, Global Payments, Cards, Retail and Wealth Management, Channel Integration, and Hire Purchase Lease Finance solutions.
His work experiences include Financial Services IT Products, Consulting Services and Growth Strategies, Mergers and Acquisition Strategies, Transformation Programs, Program Management of Large Global Systems Integration Projects, and Scaling Large Businesses.
Start-ups
Paresh is part of the Start-up Ecosystem as an Investor and Mentor. He is also a Charter Member of TiE (The INDUS Entrepreneurs), besides being associated with other Accelerators / Incubators.
He is associated with start-ups that look to create a market differentiation by introducing concepts that add value to human lives and their well-being.
He has had a sector-agnostic approach to start-up investments and has had the opportunity to invest in over 30 start-ups.
As an Investor and Mentor, associated with start-ups in the areas of People Intelligence, Mobile Technology, AgriTech, EdTech, BioTech, Arts, Training, Healthcare, E-Commerce, and Space Technology.
